Mornings With Mands

Good morning, beautiful people! You might’ve seen a couple of these videos already on my social media accounts, but today I just wanted to take a minute and fill y’all in on exactly what is “Mornings With Mands.” So, for the longest time, breakfast has been my favorite meal of the day. Eggs, sausage, bacon, fruit, toast, nut butter spreads, smoothies, COFFEE & TEA are just a ~few~ reasons why. Another thing that I started really loving was waking up early to go for a run or get a gym session in. I realized that getting my workout out of the way and coming home to a full day ahead of me is the best feeling ever! Then when I started my blog, I would write blog posts on the weekends while having a coffee or eating my breakfast. So, basically over time my mornings just became this sacredness. Mornings became “me time” and it was in these 4-5 hours that I became the most productive. Going to farmers markets and cute breakfast dates at cafe’s with my boyfriend or taking fun adventures while the earth is waking up is to me, pure happiness. If you know me, you know I love documenting; and making short little videos are one of my favorite ways to do so! That being said, I thought I would put together a little video series aka “Mornings With Mands” to show you the things that make me happy in life. All of the videos will be posted on my Youtube channel (link here) because it’s just easier that way, lol! I hope you tune in and learn a little bit more about who I am and what I love.
